Delivery & Shipping Policy*

All Soft Power Arts products are made to order and fulfilled through a global print‑on‑demand production network. This allows items to be produced closer to the customer, helping reduce delivery times and environmental impact.

Production Time

All items are printed after an order is placed.

Typical production time: 1–3 business days.

Once production is complete, the order will be shipped immediately.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic delivery: typically 2–4 business days.

International delivery: typically 4–6 business days.

Please note these are estimates and delivery times may vary depending on product type, destination country, customs processes, and local courier services.

Shipping Locations

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Shipping is not currently available to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

Customs and Import Duties

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Because all Soft Power Arts products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• incorrect size selection
• change of mind
• ordering the wrong item

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide either:

• a replacement item at no additional cost, or
• a full refund

Lost Packages*
